Introduction
The report is focused towards developing an acronym that would reflect the
communication practices that are prevalent in any workplace environment. Business
communication is an important concept and the development of an acronym that can suit the
communication requirements in a given workplace can enhance communication aspects. The
organizational environment that is being considered is a Human Resources consultancy. The
department focuses on improving the communication aspects among employees as well as the
interactive communication required in regards to the clients and employees. An acronym can be
used to put more simply, the communication aspects that the department wishes to achieve.
CRID- Clear Responsible Interactive Direct is a framework that can be developed in this case to
address the communication aspects that need to be focused in the HR environment. This
acronym would need to be discussed in regard to its significance concerning the enhancement of
communication in the workplace environment being considered.
Description and Analysis of the Acronym
The workplace environment as mentioned above is an HR related department. This
makes communication even more considering the work setting in the office. The communication
and interaction framework that is developed is CRID. Clear Responsible Interactive and Direct
are factors that are very much important in the given work setting. It is important to consider
these factors as they can help to optimize the communication process.
Clear- the HR representative speaks with clarity. Clarity ensures that the message is clearly
communicated to the other person. Clarity is one of the most important aspects of
communication. It helps to clear all the barriers that can come between the sender and the
