Besides this, there are othertechnological forces that led to rise in 4G described below :-Low quality service- the 3G technology was efficient enough to provide services in wide areas.Also, the quality that was delivered was very poor and low (Pfeiffer, 2015). So, this enforced indeveloping a new medium or network through which range can be increased. 1
