The policies of VIC Early Childhood Reform Plan and Federal Government Jobs for Families packages/childcare subsidy are compared in terms of their focus on primary education and support for families. The VIC Early Childhood Reform Plan aims to provide support to students and parents, make early childhood services more available and inclusive, and improve education quality and facilities for children during Kindergarten. The Federal Government Jobs for Families packages/childcare subsidy includes child care subsidies, child care safety net, and Interim Home Based Care Subsidy Programme. Both policies focus on primary education and supporting families, and include additional funds to improve quality and infrastructure of primary education systems.
