Among the various number of production systemsor industries, laundry engineering’s production performance has to be evaluated in this project.Simulation of the project can be made to work in different situations, for example; technologysimulation for the use in performance optimization, engineering safety, and optimum use ofcutting speed for various other operations. Among the various software’s, DELMIA QUEST hasbeen picked to help in the simulation the laundry industry procedure and try to evaluate itsproduction performance.
CE 1.2.2 Objectives developed for the projectThe following objectives were put forward for the development of the project:To simulate a good laundry industry processing with the help of DELMIA Quest.To study the effect of production parameters on the production performance using DesignExpert.To develop a mathematical equivalent model of the responses.CE 1.2.3 My area of workI was in charge of doing the identification of process flow for the laundry industrysystem. I had also worked on the simulation of the process flow using DELMIA QEUST. I wasalso in charge of doing the documentation procedure of the project after I had completed doingthe test run and implementations on the project module created.
