This study examines the competitive strategy employed by Bupa Aged Care, a leading health service provider in Australia. Through an analysis of the external environment using PESTLE and Porter's Five Forces, as well as internal factors through SWOT analysis, the study identifies key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing Bupa. The analysis also incorporates the CAGE framework to understand the challenges and opportunities presented by cultural, administrative, geographical, and economic distances. The study concludes by highlighting the importance of strategic planning and adaptation in navigating the competitive landscape of the aged care industry.
