INTRODUCTIONAn employee having various ability that will assist to individual to stand in the companyfor the long time. Employability skills play crucial role in any type ofcircumstances (Higdon, 2016). Employability refers to ability of the skill and number of qualitythat will assists for any job. Present report in on Tesco deals in grocery market in a retail sector in a very wide range.In this company deals in supermarket related products, electronic products and so on. In thisvarious roles and responsibilities are set by the marketing manager and also evaluate itseffectiveness towards the responsibilities (Tan and Neo, M. 2016). In the next one a HR mangerdevelop various solution that is raised in a work place and identify some effective solution forthe same. In addition to this report management also explain various roles that is played by theteam. Furthermore various tools and method is develop by the company for evaluating variousstrategies.TASK 11.1Line manager of Tesco suggested to me as a HR. manger that identify SWOT analysis onthe basis of your potential and this are listed as follow:STRENGTHSAs a HR. manger I am creative with my work and passionate to reaches atthe goal ((Higdon, 2016)).I am having creative skill that will assists me solve problems in any circumstances.WEAKNESSESI am fresher in this field so I am nothaving any type of experience in this.I want to need a direction and lack ofdirection misleads to me.

OPPORTUNITIES Because I am a fresher, I am havingopportunity to learn something newand implement into the workplace.THREATSIn the marketing filed sudden changesare occurs (Tan and Neo, 2016).I feel fear from others competitors thatwould be replace me.After the above analysis I develop a set of responsibilities towards the Tesco and also myperformance objectives which are listed as follows:I will always co-operate with my subordinates.If in any situation I feel that something is wrong in that case I will report to my senior.I will always follow all rules and regulation and in the case of misunderstanding I do notuse its in a improper way (Haasler, 2013).I will try to use all equipments in a systematic way.Usually employee have to accomplish various objectives that must be fulfil. In addition tothat I am also discuss my key objective of performance that is fulfil by me in the Tesco and thisare listed as follow:Knowledge about the work: As a fresher I will always focuses to evaluate all related knowledge.So that it will assists me to deal with various job functions in the Tesco also reach at set visionand mission (Banerjee and Patter, 2015).Work quality: I will always focuses on my work quality and in the case of confusion I willalways develop my experience for the same. So that will be helpful for me for improvement inmy skills.
