It is essential in health care sector as it helps in collecting the relevant informations so thatorganizations can make necessary changes to give quality treatment to population (Trinh-Shevrin, Kwon and Islam, 2015). It is beneficial in improving the treating methods and to makeprofessionals aware about the latest technologies. Need assessment in health care is the essentialtool which aids to identify the unmet health and health care needs of the public. It is the refinement approach which aids to understand the care needs of local public andaccording to those hospitals can train to their staff members so that they would be able to metwith their desires. It is significant in improving the service planning, setting priority and todevelop policy (Morrato, Rabin and Kempe, 2015). Need assessment and training are interrelatedas firm can analysis the improvement areas, individual can work for developing on it byproviding related training. Training helps in providing standards of services towards serviceusers and to enhance knowledge of practitioners so that they can know about the latesttechniques and equipment sand can utilize them effectively. Trained employees can perform better in the organization and will be able to deal withcomplex situations easily.
