The present study will be based on Conference and Banqueting Management that isbased on Service On a Plate which provides a catering services for events, conferences andbanqueting and also provides services hospitality sector. Therefore, in the study will explainssize and scope of the conference industry have in UK along with the factors that influence thedevelopment growth of this sector as well. Also, this report will outline the key strategic andoperational issues that company generally faced. Besides that, Report will also analyse theOverall, the whole research will analyse the conference and banqueting sector along with theirdifferent aspects. LO 11.1 Discussing the size and scope of the conference and banqueting industry in the UKBanquet facilities provides the convenient venues for events such as wedding receptionsand corporate meetings etc. (Bouchon, Hussain and Konar, 2017). Banquet services are generallyvery effective and approachable to be the most effective learning approach. Basically thisbusiness organises the small or big events as per the client requirements. Size and Worth of the industry Event management is the application of the project management that creates and developsthe small, large or medium scale events for the clients. This sector consists huge scope of thedevelopment that makes and leading the business more ineffectively work. Event organisationhas majorly work on the different context that businesses covers the all vents and programs.Currently the demand of such businesses has been increased that also make the business morechallenging and growth able (Cassidy and Popovic, 2018). Types of EventsSeminars and Conferences : The purpose of this event is to organise the meetings,conferences, small large seminars which is generally organised by the organisations. In otherwords, Seminars are usually shorter events that took maximum two or three hours. This type ofevent is the formal event that basically handled by the single or two people and rest of theaudience are their guest. Seminars and conferences generally have limited number of employees1
