4.2A) How company reward efforts and increase the perception of personal worth.Company can rewards the efforts put up by the workers of company. This must be doneto boost up the knowledge of the worker to uplift their performances and keep them motivated ifthe person is motivated they will always bring about the necessary change in the working of theorganization. Ways in which workers can be praised are:Elicitation through interviews-This is a method of data collection, this technique is usedcounseling, management and other fields to information from people. This method assist themanagement in gathering information about market and competition. Elicitation throughinterviews provides opportunities to explore more data in depth(Donate and de Pablo, 2015).From this method infoprmation can be can be gathered about employees problem which assist inincreasing the information. Anecdotal deconstruction to analyses cultural issues and ways of working- by using thismethod cultural issues and ways of working in an organisation can be solved. As there will be noissues in organisation all the employees are happy and satisfied. So this motivates them and raisetheir morale.Story deployment- In this method all the employees of an organisation discuss about theirproblems. A healthy discussion is be held which helps in making conclusions about problems ofthe wirkers. Story deployment assist the management in solving the problems ofemployees(Girard and Girard, 2015). Thus, this impacts the personal growth of employee.Communication praises- Written or verbal praises can be a note by a senior in-charge or teamleader which will help in enhancing the performance of the firm. Written praises must be givenas an email or sticky notes which can remind them time to time.
