4.2 Analyze the issue of low personal perception worth
a) As per the given problem in 4.1 the employees of different Australian organizations often
criticize that the rate of personal worth perception is low. The organizations implement a
brainstorming concept in the company structure to increase the employees' worth of personal
perception. The managers of multiple companies arrange a group discussion by following the
several guidelines of brainstorming to recognize the possible solution of the problem (Baruah
and Paulus, 2016). The 4.2 section briefly elaborates on the process of increasing personal
worth perception of the employees. The process of Brainstorming consists of various steps that
are performed to evaluate the possible solution. There are several methods by which the
company owner may increase the personal worth perception of the employees the methods are as
follows:
Identifying Well Performed Employees:
The manager of the organization needs to take possible initiatives for identifying high skilled
employees (Donate and de Pablo, 2015).
Giving Awards:
The well-performed and efficient employees of the company need to be awarded rewards and
incentives which may increase their interest and dedication to work.
Encouraging Employees:
The employees of different Australian companies require to be encouraged by company
managers. Different motivational theories such as Maslow's motivational theory can be
implemented for encouraging the employees.
Increasing Involvement:
Another method of increasing personal worthy perception of the employees is involving the
workers in making critical decisions for the company (Filippova, Trainer and Herbsleb, 2017).

The implementation of above discussed methods will enhance the workers' perception worth and
it would reduce employees’ turnover significantly.
b) The owners of Australian organizations incorporate the nominal group technique to launch
group participation in the entire process decision-making. The nominal group technique involves
small groups of participants for reaching consensus to identify the key problem or in the
development procedure solving problem-related to low personal perception worth. Multiple steps
are involved in the nominal group technique such as preparation, recording of ideas, silent idea
generation, discussion of ideas, final voting and preliminary voting. The first step of the nominal
group technique arrange designs, room, and meetings for group discussion. As per step 2, the
group leader launches social facilitation and set proper schedules for personal reflection and
thinking through reminiscence. Step 3 and step 4 record different ideas of the employees and
discuss their providing ideas. The last step is involved with the preliminary voting of participants
(Girard and Girard, 2015). NGT assists the manager in identifying potential solutions and the
primary elements of any specific operational issue.
c) The harmony decision-making techniques are an effective measurement for creating
ownership and building trust and commitment. The consensus-building process of the
organization involves all the employees for having quality outcomes of any emerging issue. The
procedure of consensus decision making empowers the individual employees of any Australia
organization and encourage them to move forward for increasing the economic and commercial
growth of the company. The consensus decision-making tool involves all the members to support
the resolution in the finest outcome of the whole. The consensus decision making helps to
upsurge personal worth perception of all staffs by linking thoughts together, sharing knowledge
and naming categories of different related ideas. After attending to all viewpoints, members
develop an application that tribute the insight of the group. When the employees communicate
with each other they can find a solution (Hellings et al. 2016).
