1. Construction project is very much essential for developing new buildings. The aim of the
project is to supervise the planning of a new medium rise building that has been projected
at a Greenreach Road. It is important to understand all the necessary components that are
needed for successfully executing the project. As a project manager it is important to
ensure that all the components related to the site and maintain differently. These include
allocating the staff to be properly sources so that they can deliver the project within the
estimated time period. The necessary components that are needed it to develop and
maintain the project includes obtaining the materials from the stakeholders and preparing
the site for work. In addition to this it is also important to install proper roof, sliding
doors and doors within the building. This will ensure that all the design has been
executed with proper requirement. All the project components are likely to be executed

based on the schedule that is prepared for the system. In addition to this, schedule is
prepared for tracking all the essential activities associated with the project. The main
stakeholders that are associated with managing the project include the site supervisor, the
leading hand and the subcontractor. It is important for every individual to take their
responsibilities so that the project can be executed properly. Besides these the other
workers that are needed for executing the project a carpenter, Plasterer, roof tiller,
painter, electrician, stair maker, plumber and heating/cooling contractor. In order to
assign the resources efficiently to words the stars it is important to identify them at the
first stage. Once the staffs are identified efficiently then it becomes easy to allocate them
with proper resources. Besides this it is important to understand the organizational
objectives based on which the project will be executed. The project will ensure that it has
been executed within the estimated schedule and budget and all with the resources that
are assigned to watch the respective states. It is important to ensure that all the needs of
the projects are fulfilled while building the project. This will ensure that the project has
