Introduction
With the aid of course work 1, it was discovered that there are various origins and analyses of
emerging business trends that are relevant to the development of the student's action plan.
This is for the sake of considering this career, which is closely linked to an individual's
development and achievement. Career action plans will be beneficial to the company's
development, as they will be useful for critical growth and long-term analysis in order to
allow more focused career decisions in the future (Ambler, Harvey and Cahir, 2016). Human
resource manager in the retail sector is the chosen career choice for gaining a deeper
understanding of the analysis. The fields of HR and human resources are intertwined.
Personal Analysis
Personal analysis
Personal research is a concept used to describe people who are capable of doing their own
reflection in order to focus through and complete the need for personal development,
vulnerability, power, and a high degree of expertise. This may be attributed to raising one's
level of awareness and identifying one's strengths and weaknesses, which is referred to as
personal study. In analyse the various abilities, expertise, understanding, and strengths that
are beneficial to the student's potential learning and success (Fessl and et.al., 2017). There are
several methods for achieving critical development and promoting productive social study
(Personal SWOT Analysis to Assess and Improve Yourself, 2021). It's very powerful and
reliable.
• Future-oriented skills: Future-oriented skills are related to various sectors, resulting
in different choosing profiles and essential skills that are related to useful skills and
future development. It is important for students in the HR profile to develop various
skills and to succeed in the future. With the assistance of management and student
approaches to research and interpretation within the person. I'm looking at various
supportive and successful decisions that are closely connected to making timely
decisions, being very punctual, and being ambitious in any form of business.
Awareness and experience: I have a wide range of skills and experience. Information
and experience: I have various types of knowledge and have seen various levels of
development within society, and I find it a point to analyze my interpretative
knowledge based on existing trends and potential growth prospects. Different skills
and experience are needed in terms of a company's performance and trend in the
