INTRODUCTION
Business consultancy are the professional services with the help of which the expert
provides their recommendations on the basis of analysis so made by them on specific areas. The
experts have knowledge in specific domain and accordingly they undertake projects of
consulting (Yeboah, 2016). They analyse the situation and the impact of business environment so
that the extent of the influence of various factors and business operations can be determined. In
this report the organisation that is taken into consideration is Prawn in the Lawn which is a
restaurant offering fresh seafood and dishes of fish. It is located near Highbury, North London
that can easily attract significant number of customers. In this report various problems that are
faced by the restaurant are identified by the consultancy with the help of primary and secondary
data and accordingly a strategic action plan will be formulated that can help them in resolving
such issues.

development is improving technology are also increasing so that convenience of people
