Overview of the campaign The recruitment campaign for the services asked by client (Name of the client) commenced on the given date of 20thJuly 2018 and was completed on the date of 20th October 2017. The need for the recruitment process was finalised in the meeting that was held between the client (Name of the client) and the head of the Recruitment agency (Name of the person). The finalisation for the task was done with the consent of the client on the date of 10thJuly 2018. The recruitment process was a three-month campaign in which the candidate is given focus and limelight in the different fields of organization in which the resume fits in. Then the interested organizations were contacted in which the resume fits in and the client could find its place in the manner. In addition, the client was contacted was mock interview in which in the interested candidate was told about the requirements and the objectives of the recruitment program. The overall time allocated for the task was adequately used which means that no allocated time was spent in activities not related to the achievements. The organizations were then taken follow-ups regarding the process of recruitment to finalise the job. The progress report for the assigned work and the time details along with the progression report is being analysed in the following stages. 2. The first achievement of the recruitment company laid in the fact that it provided the requiredjobtotheclientasperthe recruitment discussion and even provided assistance to the client for making sure that future prospects of the client. 2. The second objective was to ensure that the salary expectation was fulfilled by the company and the financial security provided was made into effect. 2. The second achievement was to ensure a goodfinancialpackagefortheclientin terms of the negotiation and also to elevate the work done within the given span of time. 3. The third objective was to make ample choices for the betterment of the job which was a part of the long term goals as set by the client. 3. The third achievement of the recruitment agency was to provide future assistance to the client. Breakdown of the Task The timely breakdown of the task that has been done is provided in the following section which represents the amount of time that is being given to each of the task in the recruitment process. Sending resume to the company –The sending of the resume and waiting for the job response involved the time span of 1 week in which the client’s choices was being preferred and then send the resume in accordance. Calling the client for mock interview –The client was called for mock interview and her faults was being addressed which involved the time span of 3 weeks. Bargaining for the best remuneration possible –The bargaining for the best remuneration possible is also one of the suitable areas for the client in which the time taken was approximately 1 week. Finding better options –The look for the better job needs of the client was also taken into consideration which means that the whole process of the finding better job for the future was done which involved the time of 3 weeks. 4. Summary of the whole project Summarizing the overall project of the recruitment as well as the steps that has been taken for the betterment of the client in regards of her compliant regarding the breakdown of time and work, the whole work has been provided. The work progress report clearly showed the utilisation of time in various needs of work which cemented the overall act of assessing the job and serving the clients as one of the best objectives. The company did utilise the time provided in the best possible manner.
