The present study has related on “Ritz hotel” which is established in London. Thehotel is one of the best-known hotels. This becomes first hotel to receive a royal warrantfrom the prices and this provides best catering services to their customers (Radojevic,Stanisic and Stanic, 2015). Study lays investigate the range of different operational roleswithin the industry. Examine the skills, which are required for roles within hospitalityindustry, and current skills that have shortage.
