goal as this will give them a sense of recognition among the members and employees. These employees relations transfer have also assisted the business to establish the flexible working environment by the adoption of the concept of gamify which help the employees in the business to take some rest during the working hours so that the level of the productivity can be maintained. These transfer provide the benefits of less mismanagement, lack of duplication of work and proper and effective utilisation of the available resources. The business of Sam's club were also facing the problem to cope up with the changes which occurs rapidly this concept of employees relation practices will also support them to deal with the constant fluctuation in the business. So that the business can earn the maximum benefits and outcomes. These partial implementation in the business must be considered and some corrective measures must be taken such as the business must focus on the continuous development and training programmes to their employees which will help the business to overcome all the conflicts which are arising while attaining the organisational objective. leading company which has focused on the designing of the men's wear rather than the women's wear(Ahmad, 2015).The business of the Walmart Inc. has not to transfered the employees relations practices in this business as the concern operates with their own policies and procedure and is also facing the problem of the survival as there are many competitor available in the market. They have also focused on not transferring just because the business is not as successful as it should be in the market place. All the employees relation practices such bas communication, offering of benefits and rewards, gamification, performance appraisal is not transferred as these involves higher amount of engagement of employees as well as the management of the organisation which is not possible as the business operates with its own procedure. Unnecessary transfer of the employees’ relation practices may leads the business with increase in their cost of the operation and decreased profitability. Bonobos is also facing various difficulties as the country in which they are operating the operation is regulations by the strict rules and regulation which have been lead by the government. So the transfer of the practices in this business is not possible as per the conditions(Somasundram, 2020). Thus, these are the subsidiaries where the association like Walmart Inc. is focusing on the factor to transfer their employees relations practices either in the full manner, partial or has decided not to transfer the practices by considering all those factor which are associated with the success and growth of the business organisation. The company has consider the business of Flip Kart to transfer their practices in the full manner as the business is running successfully and have strong and sound employees working within it. Partially in the Sam's club as the business lacks to operates successfully and the employees here are much more keen to know about what, how 10
and why rather than working for the growth of the firm. And at last the Walmart Inc. has considered the business of Bonobos which is suffering from the losses in the market place not to transfer the employees relation practices as the business operates with its own rules and regulation and the practices which they have developed of their own so if the company decides to tanser the employees relation practices in the Bonobos it will be a waste(Sims, 2018). Walmartinsomeoverseassubsidiarieshassuccessfullyimplementedemployment relation practices while in some partially while in rest there is no execution this is because some of the countries culture and environment is too effective in which already good employee relation is existing. While, in some other research work has been conducted to find ways to overcome this issue by studying this nations culture tradition, working style etc. While, in some palaces employment relation practices are partially executed because there ishuge gap in their age and standards. Due to which building employee relation with them takes times and firm is framing tactics to execute them completely. FINDINGS The above discussion it can be concluded thatemployees relation practices in the organisation plays a vital role as these are the only components which are helpful for the business in executing their business operations smoothly. The study also gives us the idea about how these employees relations are transferred in the various subsidiaries and why these are transferred fully , partially and not at all. For the full transfer of the practices in the business the associations must focus on the training and motivation to their employees so that the adoption of these practices to each subsidiaries can be implemented in appropriate manner 11
