It is evident that majority of operator have their own e-commerce website that is accessible by the consumers and they are able to navigate the packages and understand the price an offers offered by different operators (Ling and Long, 2016). After exploring a number of website, they take their purchasing decision. Thus, the innovation of technology has increased the competition level of this industry at a very large scale.
