4.2 Discussing the consequences of business failing to respond to market changes
According to the given scenario, there are different type of organization which helped by
Myla group of agency who help in carrying out all business activities in effective manner. If tour
and travel company fail to respond the market changes then it lead to loss. So of the consequence
of failing to respond is as follows:
Operating losses:- Operating losses will be faced by the Thomas cook and it impacts
overall profitability and sale of business. For example, when there is increase in price of
fuel then it may impact the whole business and its operational activities (Blanke and
Chiesa, 2013). Along with this it also impact the business performance and company
unable to survive in competitive market.
Product and services of travel decreases: If organization fail in meeting the needs and
wants of consumer then it may lead to reduce the sale of organization. Along with this if
company reduces the product and services then it dissatisfies the customer and they may
