INTRODUCTION Management is one of the most crucial and fundamental units of any businessorganization. It helps in establishing the growth and development of the organisations.Contemporary management issues initiate the re-evaluation of the traditional approaches of themanagement. It is the management tool that helps in increasing the capability of the one insolving the issues whenever they arise in the organisation. It is the technique of developing thepractices that can help in managing the organisational issues in a systematic manner. Apple isone of the most leading electronics and software brand of the entire nation. It is considered as theleader of sector. Main aim of this report is to analyse and evaluate the impact and responses ofkey dynamic forces of business organisations. MAIN BODY 1. Key dynamic forces impact on business and society. The key dynamic forces of any business organization are influenced by its political,technical, social and economic factors. The business organization is a complex entity and it hasequal involvement of both; threats and opportunities within it. As the competition is increasing,there is huge pressure upon the business enterprises to incorporate with the desires andexpectations of the customers (Ahlquist, 2014). Apple is one of the top leading international brands of electrical products. It is anAmerican multinational company whose headquarter is situated in California. Company servedin almost each and every country of the world (Bakir, 2015). The products in which Apple dealare Apple watch, iPhone, mac-books, I-pads, laptops, etc. To analyze the key dynamic forceswhich create impact on business as well as on society, Apple uses five forces model. Apple Inc. Five Forces Analysis (Porter's Model): Apple is considered as one of the top leading brands of the country and it has achievedthe position of the most valuable organization in the entire nation. The five forces analysis isconducted by the company in order to gain the information regarding the forces that are affectingthe firm. This also helps in analyzing the measures that company should incorporate in order toevaluate its impact towards society. The company has seen some hard times and so, it is veryimportant for them to analyze the forces that can lay impact on the working of the firm(Shepherd,2014).
