What is continuous
improvement plan?
Continuous improvement plan is an activity
set or process set that helps to bring changes
in terms of improvement gradually.
Continuous improvement program is not
helpful for business or projects only rather it is
used in personnel improvement also.
Continuous improvement plan is a critical
dimension that belongs to different majors
quality frameworks as well as methodologies
such as:
six sigma
ISO
Baldrige etc.
I have learned that, there are different
applications available in continuous
improvement. In case of process intensive
industries as well as application the
continuous improvement plan allows the
users or business groups to identify the
bottlenecks or the inefficiencies.
