The activities have been helpful to
understand continuous improvement and
quality in business. Moreover, the effects
of quality in daily life are also understood
from the task.
Continuous Improvement:
This is an ongoing improvement of
products, processes and services. This is
done through various incremental and
breakthrough developments. In order to
go ahead in the competitive
marketplace, the business processes
must be operating at maximum
efficiency. Above all, the process
efficiency has possessed an important
influence on the agility, profits, and
productivities and so on (Chartier et al.
2017). The smartest method to achieve
continuous improvement is to focus on
growth. This is helpful for the
organizations to incrementally develop
their products, services and processes.
Further, it is used to create culture of
improvement. Constant improvement is
the responsibility of every people at the
company and not only for the process
improvement team.
