The Vancouver convention center is one of the largest centers in the middle of the city that holds multiple types of events. The range of offerings includes meeting rooms, exhibition centers, ball rooms and out door plazas. The center is very unique in a way that it encourages use of sustainable materials for décor and deploys sustainable practices during the events. The center has been built across a large area, imbibed with next generation technology. In my opinion, the use of sea water for heating and cooling purpose at the center is the most valuable aspect as it saves huge amount of pure water which could be used for drinking purposes. Another valuable aspect for the center is environmental sustainability.
