Project management is one of the complex process which requires inclusion of differenttools and techniques for managing an event. The current research project is based on managing amusic concert which has organized for saving young lives. Major resources which has been usedby project manager for this project are human, technical, operational and financial resources.Along with this, project manager has also focused on different facilities such as food, health andsafety and stage maintenance. Regarding this project manager has chosen Capital Theatre whichis the best location for such kind of events. Management process of this event will take approx.60 days. Along with this, research has also included Gantt chart, Network Diagram and riskmanagement strategy for successful completion of this project.
