1COPYRIGHT, ETHICS AND PRIVACY Executive Summary The foremost determination of this paper is to focus on the importance of the ICT technology, security of the products and services and maintenance of the professional and ethical conduct in a business organization. The paper will be having four parts. The first part will be dealing with the copyright policies of the selected organization and the areas covered by the policies within the organization. The method of distribution of the strategy is discussed in this part of the assignment. The second part will be stating the privacy laws of the selected organization, how the policies are maintained. The application of the APPs in the organization is selected in the paper. The changes required in the policy is also mentioned in this part. The third part of the assignment will be stating the comparison with the selected organization with the other organization. The implementation of the new code of ethics is also mentioned in the paper. The handling of the grievances of the new codes is also mentioned in the last unit of the paper. The final part of the paper will be focusing on the copyright, ethics and privacy issues based on a meeting with another person.

PART A Australian Legislation related to intellectual property and copyrights The current Australian legislation which relates to the intellectual properties and copyright which state about the eligibility of a person which works for one business organization and retails the product of that organization to other organizations is stated in amendment 28 and subsection 14(1) of the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment Act. The copyright protection of the organizational assets is described in this legislation. An Introduction to Copyright in Australia in Canva The copyright laws of this graphics design organization are very much essential for the development of both the employees of the organization as well as for the clients of this organization as it provides incentives to invest their talent, and other resources on the business.
