It also give me advantages like the report has prepared easily and with in the time. Because each and every member of the team has their specified role and task which their have to perform like, information collection, analysis and preparing presentation etc, that helped me to develop report and presentation very attractive and authentic. Apart from this, i have to face many problems like, language barrier, every people are from different background having different language this creates the problem to develop understanding. Another disadvantage is that, all the individual have their own skill, they try to put them first this create conflict in the team and it become critical situation for me to deal with any member and manage them effectively. CONCLUSION From the above report it has been concluded that Boots company is facing the problem of unemployment, for this the can apply the scientific management theory, that can help to boost its employment. It also been concluded that, CSR strategies of Boots company, help the society and future trend. It also been analysed that, Brixit had great impact on the Boots that had to reduce their payment and close most number of UK stores.
