The significance of gender pay gap is that it provide assistance to women in better negotiating of starting the pay and incentives. These issues has cause morality declined as women employees feel like they are not treated in fair manner. This makes employee feel outdated form organization causing negative image of the organization developed within mind of women workers. Also it impacts over all performance of an organization. In order to understand this an example has been given that is, a woman who never gets assigned new clients because they are always given to her male counterpart may start to miss deadlines, call in sick or otherwise quit fulfilling her responsibilities. While all of these actions hurt her performance, they can also impact the reputation of her employer. If the same woman is valued as an employee, she may instead take pride in her work and care about the companyโs reputation. Also the action plan has been providing various kinds of opportunities in relation to reflection upon various kinds of actions which has been taken by Morrison which has been used for making success achieved over dealing with various aspects which is based over women employee's working. Through these legislation employment law are applied within the organization in more effective manner. Morrisons should focus upon its policies making then changes as per the latest legislation making legal structure up to date. Through following the legislative approach Morrison is able to develop various aspects which makes organization attain sustainability within its working. This lead over creating more effectiveness within working of an organization making all perspective covered more effectively through action plan all perspective covered which makes organization makes women attain job without any problem.
