This thesis paper analyzes the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in British Airways (BA) in terms of addressing carbon footprint and reducing carbon emissions. The research examines the CSR aspects of BA, focusing on its carbon offsetting programs and the principles of CSR. The study also discusses the increasing pressure on the airline industry to implement CSR due to environmental and social concerns. The aim is to provide insights into how BA utilizes CSR to address its carbon footprint and make high-quality carbon offsetting services to its passengers.
