Introduction
Corporate governance is defined as a combination of processes as well as strategies that
directs an organisation to conduct the business operations (Yoshikawa and Chua, 2020). It
mainly involves various forms of external as well as internal factors that are having significant
influence upon company stakeholder’s customers, suppliers, government regulators and
shareholders. It has been identified that due to the outbreak of coronavirus organisation face
number of challenges in terms of proper management of corporate governance and its strategy
formulation. Present report is conducted on Broadsword Event House which is operating the
assumptions in the provinces of United Kingdom a small scale organisation. In this report
discussion has been conducted on research aims, objectives, questionnaire, and brief literature
review in order to present proper knowledge of corporate governance along with the impact of
covid-19 on company corporate governance management.
