According to view point of Pollitt, Birchall and Putman (2016), corporate governance is
set of strategies which must be implemented by the business in proper manner. Because it result

5.1 Conclusion
From this research, it has analysed that to bring changes in business or health-care
services, an organisation needs to develop effective corporate-governance. By concerning on
different factors like improvement in medical practices, development in health-care services,
bring digital technologies within business, company dealing in health-industry can run more
smoothly. This would also help in giving best treatments to people living in local communities
and remote areas. In addition to this, by developing innovation in services like mobile app
(physiology-expertise app-lied), telehealth and more, patient satisfaction can be increased.
Digital technologies, medical apps etc. also shorten hospital stays for people, that not only
provide relied to patients but service providers also.
5.2 Reflection
As per the research, it has identified that to complete an investigation, it is essential for
researchers to know the entire terminology. They should possess such skills and knowledge that
helps in completing research in desired manner. In this regard, in order to obtain information and
address issues of present research, I have developed a team of five members. As a manager of
this team, I have equal distributed roles and responsibilities to each member according to their
skills. This would help in getting their cooperation to achieve objectives in set period of time.
Since this research is based on health and care sector, therefore, I have provided sufficient
training to each member. Through this process, they would become able to obtain information as
per requirement.
5.3 Recommendation
From this research, it has concluded that in order to promote health in London Suburbs, it
is essential for organisations dealing in health-care sector, to bring latest technology. In this
regard, to develop structure and create changes in health-care systems, it is recommended to
