1.1 Overview and background of research
The term ‘Governance’ is emerging within health and social service at significant
requirement and expectation. With the help of UK Government, a new governance architecture is
constructed crucially on ‘unitary boards’ of ‘trust’ organisations. This would also interlock in a
numerous manner with boards of Strategic Health Authorities. Organisations which deal in
health and social care concerns more on implementing the model, that based on idea of
‘corporate governance’ (Aguilera and Crespi-Cladera, 2016). In context with healthcare services

explained. In this chapter, dissertation cover general information, aims and objectives,
significances, etc. that would be beneficial to create more creative work performances. Literature review: In this chapter, researcher took previous published research.
Furthermore, as per different authors views it can be reviewed that present study is more
important to carry further knowledge in healthcare services. Hence, literature review
chapter assists to find relevant information to develop a new governance and strategy foe
new healthcare services. Research methodology: With the present research, it can be stated that there are different
elements of research methodology tools included that helps to conduct study. In the
research, two types of data have been used to understand importance of it in creative
manner. For instance, primary and secondary. These information helps to focus on new
healthcare services at Occupational Health Clinic Crowley to understand its
effectiveness. Collection of primary and secondary data will be considered with using
design, philosophy, data collection, etc.

Data analysis and findings: On the basis of primary information, researcher consider
data analysis and findings that would be helpful to find more systematic work
