The primary quality objective of Cosmo Inc. is to meet the expectations of its clients by
customizing their products in a way that they are tailored to meet their specific needs, based on
the quality standards that are recognized at international level(Akbari & Kiany,2017). The
organization also aims to increase the quality of its products by utilizing the current technology
in the production process, and research about customer wants and needs.
Level of quality acceptable to the stakeholders
Being an organization that develops and distributes wearable technology about nutrition
and lifestyle, Cosmo is expected by the stakeholders to provide high-quality products that can
change lives and improve the clinical needs of the client. It is also likely to apply proprietary
technology to develop quality products that are medically approved. The organization has also
invested much money on innovation to ensure that it achieves the superior quality that can serve
the client for a long time.
Project manager’s role

COSMO 3
The project manager oversees the production process to ensure that the quality of the
product is not affected by the challenges that might be faced. He also prepares and updates the
quality documentation and assesses the document to ensure that the quality of the product
conforms to the relevant standards. The project manager also oversees the employee training
process and provides them with information about the organization’s culture about the quality
and development of new products to meet the customer needs, which change continuously. He or
she also manages the components and materials used in the production process to ensure that the
suppliers comply with the quality standards thus minimizing the cost of inspection due to the
reduced amount of inferior quality products.
Acceptance statement for project champions and stake holders
The company shall not engage in any unwanted practices such as false advertisement, price
discrimination for the services and shall adhere to environmental sustainable practices through
stake holder engagement.
