There are different types of businesses which are running most by
understanding customer’s demand and providing kind of products as well as
services which can help to develop organizational productivity. The
environment is changing day by day where it became important to analysis the
environment and introduces the services accordingly. Covid-19 occurred in
whole world that has increased number of death cases. Due to this situation,
many businesses has been affected negatively.

RESEARCH RATIONALE
The major rationale behind this research is to develop their knowledge in
context to impact received by hospitality industry in Covid -19 period. It has
been seen that hospitality industry devastated due to Covid-19 and companies
has faced many disruptions that has affected their business negatively. The
present report helps to measure which parameters are creating issues in running
their business and how it will be affected the organizational productivity.
