business organization is to retain their employees as they contribute to organizational
productivity, and performance. The managers need to pay attention on employee’s desires and

goals. In relation to Morrisons, workplace transformation is important for employer and
employees as it brings effective management to change together with properly redesigned space
that improve organizational productivity. This is also used to attracts and influence the talent to

of products and services to their customers at lower prices which supports to influence the
number of customers. Due to Covid-19 it became challenging for organization to use digital
technology for placing order, cancellation, and visiting websites, and receiving products that has
