Introduction
The concept of project management holds an integral role in developing improved
planning and development. The information technology development has helped in improving
the concept of improved functional development. The information project management had been
largely developed with the continuation of the factors and listing improved functional
development.
The project of ‘CPD Program for the students of university of Toronto’ has been
developed considering the utilization and improvement of the factors aligning for the information
management and development of successful project completion. The listing of the activities has
been implied with the continuation and management of the factors.

The project has been divided into specific work packages and the work packages have
included some project activities. The work packages of the project of CPD Program for the
students of university of Toronto includes five phases namely initialization, planning,
development, training, and closure for effective alignment of information management. The
completion of the project analysis would be supported by the simplification of the information
management. The explanation of the WBS work packages has been given below,
Initialization: It is the first work package of the project and the work package in marked
with the starting of the project activities by information and resource identification and
collection. The work package includes the activities of requirement analysis, resource
identification, charter documentation, and submission of documents. The work package is
marked by the milestone of sign off marking the start-up of the project activities.
Planning: It is the second work package of the project and the work package in marked
with the plan development by identifying of the project activities and scheduling them. The work
package includes the activities of identification of work requirements, listing project activities,
scheduling project plan, and review of project plan. The work package is marked by the
milestone of plan approval marking the plan acceptance and initiation of main works in the
project.
Development: It is the third work package of the project and the work package in marked
with the plan execution for developing the completion of the project to achieve the required
delivery. The work package includes the activities of developing class materials, forming
performa of information, making arrangements of building, class execution development.
making arrangements for seminars, online profile development, arrangements of audio and video
conference, and examination scheduling. The work package is marked by the milestone of
completion of program development marking the development of the CPD program completion.
Training: It is the fourth work package of the project and the work package in marked
with the effective planning and development for the training requirements by the staff for the
execution of the CPD program. The work package includes the activities of making training
arrangements for the staff, manuals and programs are developed, and training program is
developed. The work package is marked by the milestone of training completion marking the
completion of the project requirements.

Closure: It is the last work package of project and it would be marked with the
involvement of the final dissolution of the project with the completion activities. The work
package includes the activities of making final reports, submission of report, and sign off. The
work package is marked by the milestone of closed marking the final closure of the project.
Week 7
Project Goals
The project of CPD Program for the students of university of Toronto has been developed
for involving the utilization of the effective information management. The project had been
aimed for developing the program of improving the management of the successful project
completion. The project goals has been developed successfully for implying the management of
the activities and deploying the management of the operations and taking care of the operations
and implying the successful completion of the program. The project goals would include the
management of the activities and forming effective management and listing the management
form. The goals of the project would include the alignment for successful management of the
successful completion of the project and it involves,
Development of Program: The program CPD would be developed for implying the
management of the successful project execution and formation of the improved project
development. The program would be developed for considering the plan for execution of the
activities of the development and information management. The program development would be
aligned with the information management and effective plan development.
Improvement of Learning Experience: The learning experience of the students of
Toronto University would be increase with the successful management activities. The learning
experience of the students would be effectively employed with the consideration of the activities
