INTRODUCTION
Creative and ethical leadership can be understood to be widely essential aspects within
dynamic business world where professional success, larger vision perspectives horizons enable
business scaled targets to be reached on. The report will be analysing development of creative
and ethical leadership skills within real world business environment and its evolving domains on
which impact will be analysed within professional success. The research will be discussing
personal statement reflective writing analysing strengths, weaknesses and how professional
development planning can deliver larger effective role in generating specific advanced growth.
The research will also further analyse leadership skills required to be effective in all working
potentialities and theories which generate profound stable growth into varied scale targets
actively.
Personal statement
I plan to work as pastry chef within food and services industry on which I aim to work as
effective and creative team leader, also to optimistically learn varied work operational horizons
for dynamic work operations within competitive industry. I have interest and passion to work as
pastry chef due to passion for cooking and leading my teams in varied situations where I am also
confident to variably generate profound career growth within this industry. There has been also
prolific growth needed to evolve on new scale aspects where individual leaders have high
determinants demanded, on which edge computing will also enable me to smartly take best
decisions (Korokke and et.al, 2020).

Self-refection on experience
While working with pastry chef industry I have been able to generate wide scale of
effective work experience working in dynamic situations where in beginning I was curious to
learn new skills and explore my potentialities to varied working extent. The training enabled me
to learn new work horizons skills by practically generating in depth work in progress towards
new creativity parameters. I have learnt organization and leadership skills, willingness to
replenish professional knowledge raised up my work potentialities within new work domains and
in depth skills of sanitation principles generated my interests further to work ahead. I have
enhanced my communication skills, ability to learn effective time management skills and varied
aspects of team work skills which profoundly generated my specific interest towards working as
pastry chef in food industry. Work experience and transferable skills potentially enabled me to
creatively expand for learning new skills within leading teams, measure my success rate by
seeking new determinants to potentially be technically active (Mendenhall and et.al, 2020).
I have felt critical surge to practise further to improve my decision-making skills
profoundly and learn to work with confidence in all situations by being active to multi task.
Skills such as effective team leading n all situations and persuasive thinking pattern have
effectively enabled me to be practically innovative during varied situations. I dealt with problems
by being confident towards new skills and learning opportunities by my supervisors and mentors,
which enabled me to potentially be energetically motivated in all situations for profound growth
actively. Creative and efficient leader has to be guided by ethics where I also practised effective
team leading skills, work on my weaknesses of analytical thinking potentialities which have
generated my technical strength. Work experience and transferable skills also developed my
motivation for dynamic working horizons, develop new competencies further in competitive
industry on which there is diverse scope to learn larger scale training to be optimistically
working towards new vision oriented growth goals.
The self-reflection has also specifically motivated me to learn varied new ideas actively
to perform imperatively within pastry chef industry, where I aim to be confident towards my
working scale efficacy imperatively. Leadership potentialities have enabled me to generate
specific wider growth for potential diverse growth on varied aspects, where I aim to practise
practical skills actively (Shaheed and Hameed, 2020). I have faced problems such as less
knowledge of analytical creativity within my performance, where I plan to practice further on
