Executive Summary
The report was prepared to discuss about the various aspects of managing teamwork and
managing good leadership to foster development of a good organizational culture and allowing
the Pecha Kucha presentation for viewing. The key issues were the major challenges that had
been faced while working as a team consisting of group members, i.e., A, B, C, D and E. There
were cultural differences and also language barriers that contributed to the poor communication
and lack of diversity management within the workplace. There were time constraints and the
team members sometimes experienced issues related to lack of support. Another major issue
faced was the conflicts and misunderstandings caused due to the differences in views and
opinions regarding the presentation of Pecha Kucha. Because of the presentation also
demonstrating about corporate social responsibility, the leadership played an important role in
providing necessary support to the team members and enabled them to achieve the objectives.
The leadership aspects have also kept the staffs motivated and encouraged to perform to their
potential, which further helped in allowing them to maintain a good working environment and
establishment of a good culture too. This fostered team working and reduced the risks of
conflicts among project team memebrs, which further resulted in smooth business functioning
and even empowered the staffs to gain the required confidence level by trusting the leader whole
heartedly. The democratic leadership style followed by the lady, who has been the team leader
for the concerned project also allowed to acquire the different views and opinions of employees
and empowered them to perform committedly too.

CRITICAL REFLECTION ON LEADERSHIP
Introduction
Today, working in a team is considered a practical approach towards the accomplishment
of the objective in an efficient manner. Teamwork is significant for enhancing the cohesiveness
and the performance of the group member to maintain the culture (Matthews and McLees 2015).
In this context, a reflection upon my experience with the team members is critically
analyzed in this essay. I was working in a team comprising of five members for creating a Pecha
Kucha presentation about the leadership and the group behavior. This essay reflects the issues
that aroused while working with team members. It includes the critical analysis and importance
of team experience along with few suggestions.
Section 1: Challenges faced while completing the report
A group consisting of five members (A, B, C, D, and E) was formed to give the Pecha
Kucha presentation. The group members were from a multicultural background with great
diversity among them. This result in different ethical values that is related to work, sense of
responsibility, communication and many more. The purpose of this presentation was to present
an idea related to leadership and group behavior. The focus of the team was adequately
managing the team to complete the presentation within the time provided. Overall, the
presentation went well and was briefly discussed, but there were some challenges faced by the
group, since, it was a Pecha Kucha presentation. The team leader designed the script of the
presentation before assigning the task to different group members. Each of the members was
allotted four slides to present and the time given to show each slide was 20 seconds. Time
constraints were one of the challenges faced while presenting. Due to insufficient time and a
busy schedule, the group members had to initiate the video call to discuss the report and practice
