Introduction
The paper will focus on the concepts derived throughout the learnings within several weeks. It
will also focus on the formation of the critical thinking skills by following the set of tools and
various framework. Moreover, Disc profile tool is considered as vital in order to analyse the
different types of behavioral style of the people. The use of this tool has been reflected
throughout this paper as to formulate the decision considering the behavioral styles. Johari
window is another tool that helps in evaluating the information that what others know about me
and what I know about me.
Main context
The evaluation of the critical thinking processes is considered as to be vital in the development
of the effective decision-making process. It I important for any of the firm to recruit potential
managers in order to enhance the decision-making processes with the help of their critical
thinking skills to a great extent. As per Kallet, the purposeful thoughts in order to enhance own
thoughts beyond the automatic way of thinking is the adoption of the framework as well as the
set of tools. It is important for each of the people to analyses the situations with the appropriate
use of the set of tools (Cottrell, 2017). The primary objective of the critical thinking is to analyze
the different situations and make better decisions in order to boost the overall performance of the
employee along with the concerned organization. Few of the benefits associated with the
evaluation of critical thinking are that it provides the clear understanding of the issues of the
concerned situations. As per (Davis, 2017) it helps in providing faster a well as accurate
conclusions which helps in improving the quality decisions regarding the execution of the
concerned business procedures. On the other hand, it also provides a richer variety of the
explanations along with the solutions that evaluate the recognition of the various opportunities
present throughout the concerned business market segments (Fuller & Moore, 2017).
Furthermore, the development of the critical thing process helps in avoiding the mistakes and
facilitates the generation of the effective strategies in order to bring positive outcomes for the
concerned organization.
Moreover, the learnings critically provided the differences between the automatic and the critical
thinking process. I have encountered that in the automatic thinking process, there are weaker
foundations for the decisions whereas in case of critical thinking there is the stronger foundation

for the decisions. The time provided is less in the automatic process where the time provided is
sufficient in the development of critical thinking which helps in evaluating the effectiveness of
the entire decision made. One of the vital aspects is the analysis of the critical thinking
framework which evaluates four of the crucial section such as clarity, conclusions, innovation,
and decisions (Goetsch & Davis, 2014). The development of the self-awareness is also found to
be vital in the execution of the decision-making process as it helps in analyzing the situations and
carefully structuring the decisions that are going to be taken. One of the other concepts is
knowing own leadership skills as this helps in evaluating owns attitudes, opinions, feelings,
strengths, desires and accurate self-assessment. Fewer key areas of the self-awareness are
personality traits, personal values, habits, emotions as well as psychological needs that facilitate
the growth of the firm by formulating perfect decision-making process (McPeck, 2016). The
use of the Johari window s the technique that was created in the year 1955 which is effectively
used for understanding people regarding their relationships with self and others. There are four
crucial elements in the Johari Window such as Open, Blind, Hidden and Unknown. Open helps
to provide this information which is known to me as well as to others, whereas Blind reflects the
information which is known to others but not the tome. Hidden reveals information known to me
but not known to others and Unknown reflects that information which is neither known to me
and nor to others.
The analysis of the DISC tool profile helps in analyzing the attitudinal and the style behavior
which also generates crucial impact on the formation of the effective decisions. The DISC tool
is referred as the desired tool which helps in assessment of the various behaviors and this centers
on four various behavioral traits such as the Dominance, Inducement, submission and the
Compliance (Miletzki & Broten 2017). The analysis of the Disc Profiled helped me in
understanding my own behavior in order to execute the decision-making process. As per
(Roderick, 2016) the use of this tool does not measure the intelligence, aptitude, values or the
mental health but to helps in facilitating the human behavior within various situations. As for
example, the formulation of the DISC questionnaire will help in asking about the challenges to
which the people respond. Therefore, I understood the fact that with the help of this I can
evaluate by a style of Beauvoir that will help in making the effective decision in order facilitate
my overall performance.

It has been seen that personal behavior analysis critically depends on the desired situation and
the execution of the work processes within the concerned environment. On the other hand, the
identification of the attitudinal and the personal style also reflects about the formation of the
critical decision-making process (Rowley et al., 2017). As per the personal style analysis, the
extroverts are found to be outspoken and they often take the concerned initiative. I have funded
many things about my own behavior styles like cooperation and collaboration are my strength
which helps in maintaining the efficiency throughout the execution of work processes in a group
(Shiraev & Levy, 2016). Furthermore, I have been found that the human behavior can be
classified into 16 different types of the behavioral styles. It is important for the people to control
themselves on focusing on doing various things and getting results. There are concerted actions
as well as focused on controlling the situations around the environment.

Development of the positive sense of humor is one of the added advantages which helps in
improving the overall decision-making processes and also improves the critical thin procedure
regarding a particular matter (Sriarunrasmee et al., 2015). There are range f skills within each
person that contributes towards the development of the critical thinking skills and therefore it is
important for people to evaluate their respective behavioral skills in order to bring the best
positive outcomes.
The use of the learnings is recognized as to be vital as this will help in selecting the better path
for achieving career goals, the selection and formulation of the decision-making process are of
great importance as this helps in bringing positive outcomes. Thus, the formation and selection
of the appropriate framework and set of tools are crucial in order to achieve the goals for
ourselves and for the organization with we are associated (Wylie & Neeley, 2016). One of the
concepts derived from the learnings is that the formulation of the assumption within people. The
assumptions are basically formulated from three of the crucial aspects such as facts, observations
as well as the experiences of the concerned people. The development of the assumption clarifies
the formation of the right or the wrong decision regarding a particular matter. Moreover, the
definition of creativity and innovations are two of the most powerful tools which boost the
development of the career path for every people, also, the development of latest innovative

techniques and innovation generates great amount of impact on the development and execution
of any business processes, therefore, it is vital to provide newly modified conclusion which can
offer customized process concerning different types of the marketing approaches (Kong, 2014).
Moreover, the development of effective conclusions is based on impossible thinking, adductive
thinking and outside-of-the-box thinking that helps in improving the overall effort provided by
people. The use of the learnings will provide me great experiences to enhance my future career
aspects in various fields. Especially, the process and the framework of the critical thinking skills
will further suggest in analyzing different situations and my own behavior which will finally help
in getting positive results for the organization. It has also been seen that the various beliefs and
facts generate a crucial amount of impact on the overall performance of the individuals. The
desired set of critical thinking framework and the analysis of the DISC profile tool provides me
the desired platform to analyses my own behavior before making any decisions in future so that
better results can be achieved.

The paper brings the reflection on the learnings for development of critical decision-making
process. The use of tools like Johari window and Disc profile tool is crucial in order to
understand the exact requirements and information about us. Areas of the self-awareness are
personality traits, personal values, habits, emotions should be analyzed by individuals. The set of
opinions also generates crucial impact on the evaluation of the decision-making process and thus,
the use of these tools will help in enhancing my future decisions related to the development of
career. Critical thinking provides the clear understanding of the issues of the concerned
situations.
