As per the given scenario, it has been mentioned that Hilton Australia and is focusing onmaking implementation of effective HR practices within the business organization. The below-presented analysis is developed on the HR practice “Is it worthwhile to provide leadershiptraining”. “Is it worthwhile to provide leadership training?” The prime motive of HR managers is maintaining smooth flow and availability of workforcewithin the business corporation. Leadership development programs andpractices have been considered as one of the trending topics for any of the business organizationwithin the sector. One of the prime requirements of the business corporation is attracting and retaining set ofpotential and promising employees as they will be putting their efforts in the into leadershipdevelopment programs (Lacerenza et al. 2017, p.1686). Leadership training sessions areorganized with the prime objective of bringing advancements and developments in the skills andexpertise of the leaders and heads of sections. Right consistency in the leadership will boost upthe productivity of the workforce. The next benefit that will be attained by leadership training isretaining the right and potential individuals.
