In order to gain effective result, it is necessary for a business organization to find out different waysin order to reduce the gap(Aneas & Sandín, 2009). The strategy is necessary enough to mitigate the cultural gaps and assuring effective organization. The business organizations are working cross culturally which requires basic knowledge of the cultural gap. There is a gap in between the cultures followed in two different countries.
