This case study examines the challenges faced by HydroGeneration, a US-based organization, in managing its operations in Uganda. The company's cultural differences, leadership styles, and human resource practices are analyzed, highlighting the importance of cross-cultural communication and understanding. The study explores the application of Hofstede's Six Dimensions of Culture theory and Implicit Leadership Theory to address the issues of cultural disparities, employee motivation, and conflict management.
