Cross culture management is refers to the study of management in the context of cross
culture that includes the study of influence of societal culture on mangers and management

by not managing the interpersonal and multi culture responsibilities in order to consider the

consider the environment of different responsibilities. Also, interpersonal relation are affected
due to different language used bys people in order to more focus on using traditional process.
The number of workplace increasing is affected by not managing the work environment because

the idea of learning which helps to work for better.

employees. Also, it is necessary to provide regular training to employees which help
to develop the idea of learning as well as it help to provide the cultures on the basis of
