INTRODUCTION
Cross culture management is refers to the study of management in the context of cross
culture that includes the study of influence of societal culture on mangers and management
practice that can be related to cultural orientation of individual managers and other member of
organization (Adler, 2020). It is necessary to understand the different culture in order to analyze
the deal with people who are from different culture that is completely different culture. Also,
present report is based on article integration of Confucian culture on cross cultural conflicts
management- The role of the covid-19 pandemic. Further, report analyze and critique the article
on the basis of theoretical concept regarding cross culture management. Then, identifying
challenges in the media article. Further, study recommending for improving challenges which are
related to the chosen article.

Theoretical principles of cross cultures management-
Hofstede's culture of dimensions
According to the present article it has been analyze that there are different dimensions of
china shown in the article which define the important on the basis of Hofstede's and Confucian
culture in the context of cross culture. On the basis of Hofstede culture it can be said that there
are four dimensions of theoretical framework for establishing the research intro the Confucian
culture values conflicts for the Chinese multinational enterprises for cross cultures employees
(Boussebaa, 2020). Cross culture conflicts management help for managing the business
organization in order to diverse employees of different national or cultural background. With the
help of Hofstede's culture there were two round conducted for the survey of IBM in order to
understand the difference of culture for impact of values, norms, behaviour and institution. Thus
author analyse on the basis of power distancing, uncertainty avoidance index. In this article this
approach is tested with data for Chinese firms, in context to Chinese researchers focused on the
studying the multinational enterprises, that is help for bridging and adjusting modes of cross

On the basis of Hofsatede culture dimensions it is the assumptions for research
objectives, there were four part of questionnaire were discussed which are related to
demographic information collected in order to survey participants that is also needed for
