INTRODUCTION
In all the business activities there is been seen that it serves out to be an important
element that their should be a systematic approach that is needed to be managed for the growth,
positivity and production. For enhancement and general practise it is being implied that all the
nature and their validations are concerned to be an important factor. For managing the positivity
with the organisation it is being implied that the ethical, moral and the legal concerns are to be
followed so as to make an effective approach and betterment in the society (Adnan, Hay, and van
Staden, 2018). In this report their will be an analysis for all the corporate social responsibility
and along with it the interrelation with the corporate behaviour and responsibility. Further it will
also cover all the important implementation with the corporation and the policies with the
documentary of Joel Bakan.

Corporate Social Responsibility
This is a social concerning practises in the organisation which helps out to manage all the
integrating factors and this also provides the social areas and management with general course of
time. It is the international practises which focus on contributing towards the societal growth and
also in managing and engaging in all the ethical and general volunteering process. Their main
aim is to maintain the positivity in the organisation and also to fulfil the demands of these
sections which are not being able to get all the facilities by themselves. CSR is an internal policy
followed by the organisation where they impose and manage all the ethical practises and
promotes internal standards. This manages a balance between all the economic, environmental,
social and other general areas and laws. The main aim and the effect of practising the corporate
social responsibility is that it helps to maintain a positive image of the company and also
increases the values and the strength with all ethical and moral objectives (Ye, and et. al., 2020).
Key elements of CSR
The major focus of the corporate social responsibility is to maintain the protection for the
working areas and also to develop environmental management, stakeholders engagement, eco-
efficiency, managing community with employees relations,gender, human rights, standard of
