The corporate social responsibility also permits the firm to perform social-wellbeing activity, as it would lead to improving the economic condition of the country in the least time (Ramadani, Abazi- Alili, Dana, Rexhepi, & Ibraimi, 2017).Thus, it can be evaluated that corporate and social responsibility could permit retail small and medium-sized enterprises to directly or indirectly converse with their specified consumers and retain them for long-term. It could also be imperative for the firm to obtain higher competitive benefits (Reverte, Gómez-Melero, & Cegarra-Navarro, 2016).
