INTRODUCTION Cultural awareness, cultural safety and cultural competence plays an important role in a diverse workplace. The report is also helps to understand the meaning of this concepts and also describe how they impact on the different work roles across the community service sector. Concept of cultural awareness, cultural safety and cultural competences ad how it creates impact upon different work roles Cultural awareness:it refers to the knowledge of understanding and experiences with someone's own culture as well as others in order to inform the abilities so that it can navigate their new experience (Inglehart,2018). Developing sensitivity and understanding ethnic group basically involves some internal changes in the terms attitudes and values too. It is also a supplement of cultural knowledge. Cultural safety:It refers to the ways under which safety issues are addressed in particular workplace. Or safety culture is the attitude, beliefs, perceptions and values which are shared by the employees in relation to create safety for an organization (Wildavsky, 2018). Safety belongs at the top of any organization's priorities and it is also a part of organizational culture. Cultural competences:It refers to the improving cultural capacity of an organization or it is a capacity to brings the entire working system into single one with different behaviours, attitudes as well as policies (Krause, 2018). So that workers perform their work with an effective manner by cross cultural settings to produce better results for a company. Moreover, it also adds operational effectiveness in a working culture. Impact upon different work roles: Cultural awareness created positive impact upon different work roles of community services such as when employee of a company are not feel validate then it affect on company morale and if on the other side, it the company improve their cultural safety then employee of a company become more happier and produce best result as per the need of a customers (Thompson, 2018). Moreover by applying cultural awareness in work area will further contribute to develop relationship which is based upon cultural diversity. Improve the working efficiency of an employee that helps to produce best outcome in future. 1
On the other side, Cultural safety also creates positive impact upon employees. Such that they feel positive to work in a company as the manager have all safety precautions which has to be available in every firm. Cultural competences improve the efficiencies of the employees who are working in an industry and it also make people feel valued and builds loyalty that further help to creates positive impact upon business environment such as by maximizing the production level of a company (White and et.al., 2018). It also assist to avoid some mistakes and miscommunication and satisfied their employees so that they will continue producing best outcome for the welfare of a company. CONCLUSION By summing up above report it has been concluded that cultural awareness, safety and competences have their own significance in working area.
