INTRODUCTION Organisational behaviour can be define as the studyof human behaviour in nature in an organisation. The study is the interference between human behaviour and the company. The present study based on DPD group that is a multinational parcel delivery services for parcel weighing under 30 kg that delivers 5.2 million parcels across the world every day. DPD group services are available in Brazil Europe and other countries worldwide. The industry is owned by La Poste. The present report will cover the importance of organisational culture, communication and motivation. This will help the industry in attaining their targeted objectives. In this presentation various theories of communication, motivation and culture will analyse that support manager of the DPD to manage and operate in an effective manner. The report will also analyse importance of motivation and will also analyse how the organizational culture help in motivating their staff to achieve the goal. PRIMARY RESEARCH Company: The selected company for this assignment is DPD, that is a service provider industry of parcels around the world. The company is specialised in the providing parcels that weigh under 25-30 kg. Elements of culture: There are various elements of culture including; attitudes, beliefs, religion, decision making style, language, different customs and along with it, it also involve the way of doing things by an individual and other activities perform by the person towards the boundaries. Questions and answers: In order to understand regarding the perspective of each individual and employees about the company and effectiveness of the management structure, various questions had been asked regarding each element of culture that includes: 1.)How decisions made by the company and which management style they follow? Answer:This question has been asked to staff and found that the management and leadership style implemented in the company to follow the decision making process. It also has been found that DPD group adapt democratic leadership and management style in the organisational structure. Under the style leaders and manager of DPD involves all the workforce to provide their idea and knowledge to make collective decision.
2.)Are there several formal policies in the industry? Answer:As DPD is a multinational parcel service provider company thus, they utilising formal policies for their business.It is necessary for them to adopt, follow and implement formal policies only. The formal policies enable them to work ethically and effectively. 3.)What happen when employees have any complaint? Answer:Employees stated that there is a hierarchical structure in the DPD thus, all are require to follows the structure and to manage employees and all the functions in an effective manner. The workforce said that if they have complaints in any regards they have to go to the department head and then they go to the HR department. At initial the problem solved but in case both do not able to solve their problem then they can go to the top manager. This policy falls under the hierarchical structure. 4.)How achievement of business impacted by the organisational culture impact? Answer:It has been analysed that Organisational culture is being followed by DPD and the main purpose of following the culture is to encourage the workforce in order to achieve the goals. This has positiveimpactonbusinessachievement.Ithasdifferentcharacteristicssuchas,innovation, excellence that come with smartness, openness, hands on approach. Employees mentioned that organisational culture of the company boost their motivation for a great extent which lead them to better performance and high productivity. Summary: Fromtheprimary data research,ithasbeenanalysed thatDPDcompanyadaptand concentrate on corporate culture in order to motivate employees. It can be said that they have the best culture. The survey mentioned that the organisational culture of DPD has various facilities and characteristics for example; they provide flexibility of working hours to their employees, they also focus on developing positive working environment so that employee do not feel stressed and able to focus on their task. It is beneficial for both, employees and employers.Thus, it can be said that company is not require to change the organisational culture but they are suggested to bring some innovative ideas in the structure. Culture, motivation and communication: Culture refers to a social behaviour and a way of life of a specific group of individuals that can be determined and identified through their social habits, language, cuisine, etc. Organisational culture can be defined as beliefs and various ways of communicating with each other that helps in creating a positive and unique environment of an organisation (Killett and et.al., 2016). Ineffective communication can create different issues such as; interpersonal conflicts because of misunderstanding (Elsmore, 2017). Communication can be done through 3 forms such as; oral, written and gesture. SECONDARY RESEARCH Theories of culture, motivation and communication Motivation basically means a set of facts and a reason for people action and goals. According to the theory of motivation comprising of five tier of human needs (Herzberg, 2017). As the most popular theory is Maslow hierarchy theory which is used to evaluate that how human beings response to the behavioural motivation. As there are many different types of motivation theory. As these theory helps to motivate the people in oder to achieve the goals and objective. It motivate the individual on the basis of various incentive , rewards etc. DPD company also believe that for for retaining the employees it is very important to motivate them as it require to implement various policies and procedures of equity by giving them equal opportunities and treat the employees equally so that they feel motivate and they put their hundred percent in order to achieve the goals and objective of the organization and become loyal towards it. According to the McWilliams theory of motivation , DPDmotivate the employees to a large extent so that their employees perform well and also in the effective
manner so that employees attain the goals and objective of the organization. As the company motivate the employees by adopting different ways and techniquesso that employees feel satisfy and feel that they are important part of the organization. After completing the various task the employees are being rewards financially and non financially by the manager of the company. and also DPD company environment is very flexible and also there is no strict rules and regulation which are to be followed by the employees. Also the company provide excellent perks and various compensation which motivates employees to work in the positive and effectiveway (Zwetsloot andet.al., 2017). Communication plays an important role in the organization as it is very essential to have effective communication as it act of transferringsharing information with each other. As effective communication helps the organisation to achieve success. As there are various theories of the communication which can be adopted by the company (Laforet, 2016). Some theories of communication includes actor network theory, agenda setting theory, cognitive dissonance theory etc. Actor network theory states that all the resources in the company weatherbethehumanresourceandnonhumanresourceasbothareresponsiblein influencing the success of an company. it also states that no person is individual responsible for ineffective communication and all the misunderstanding which are arises in the company. it plays an important role in communication. From books and journal it has been analyses and identified that organization culture helps in motivating employees and improving engagement. As it helps the organization to a large extent as it helps to find the survival needs of their employees and also fulfilling them in order to motivate the employees towards the goals and objective of the organization. Transparency – as it is the most important factor as transparency leads to positivity in the business and also on business. There are some ways of making the environment and culture transparent. Team work helps the company in achieving the same purpose (Zhu, 2015). As it helps to determine the way of doing things. As motivational plays an important role as it helps to increase the productivity of the company and helps to increase the sales and promote higher innovation. It helps to decrease the turnover of the employees as they feel more satisfied with their job and performance. as the main factor to provide job satisfaction to the employees is to increase the productivity and also to have effective organizational culture and provide employees an better environment as they spend more time in the organization. So it is essential for the employer to provide and follow the effective organizational culture as in which all the norms and beliefs are ethical and also in favour in employees (Samov andet.al., 2015).

CONCLUSION From the above study, it has been concluded that organizational culture, motivation and communication played a crucial role in a company. All these fundamental element are key tools and assist a administrator in accomplish their determinant objectives. Various culture,motivation,theoriesandmodelsofcommunicationsupportedtocompanyin describing and analyzing all the demands and needs of their workers, employees and customers and they took corrective opinions. It has shows thatvarious employee has different thinking, opinion and views in order to get the views of their, workers are being asked different questions related elements of culture. With the help of culture, manager, administrator also enhanced their performance and effectiveness by using different measures and also told the importance of culture of the organizations in order to strengthen its success.
