Childhood is the inceptive phase for a student to learn and acquire knowledge
profoundly. However, due to immaturity children are not so smart to acknowledge the learning
quickly. The psychological factors are plays a significant role in this context. As a result of that it
requires an effective planning that is connected with the early year learning procedure. Based on
this understanding, the purpose of this research proposal is to facilitate a learning framework for
early childhood learning. It includes gathering information and create questionnaire that is
resembled with the process of teaching. As the aim of the proposal is to develop an informed
curriculum therefore the proposal fosters a better framework related to the early childhood
learning.

Intention
The purpose of this report is to formulate a framework that is uniquely and effectively
enhance the preliminary learning abilities of the children. In this regard, Hargis et al., (2014)
advocated that it is important for the children to get a glimpse or basic understanding of learning
so that in their school days they can get advantages in learning quickly. As a matter of fact, this
proposal is also dealt with the same perception to provide the students adequate information and
knowledge that can develop their mental functioning. In return, this enrichment process will help
them to get clear perception regarding various aspects of learning abilities and build up their
adaptability as well (D’Oca & Hong, 2015).
Implementation of strategy
In this regard, the intentional teaching strategy will be followed as per the reform agenda
of the Australian Council of Governments. As a matter of fact, it is resembled with the National
Quality Framework of Australia. As the purpose of this strategy is to create spaces for learning in
the early childhood so that children feel attached and appreciated to do anything creative.
Moreover, Liu, Li & Yi (2016) advocated that the intentional teaching is highly thoughtful,
resourceful and deliberate that brings a spontaneous and natural growth to the child development.
Moreover, interaction is considered to be the mainstay of the intentional teaching strategy.
Based on this understanding, it can be stated that this teaching and learning program will
also couple with the intentional teaching process. Therefore, making a good environment suitable
for learning has to be maintained. It will ease the learning process in early childhood as the
children feel comfortable in a friendly atmosphere and put all their focus on learning something
new (Skwarchuk, Sowinski & LeFevre, 2014). Besides this, encouraging the children to nourish
their creative mindset through exploring materials and gathering experiences through variety of

open-minded materials is also appreciated in the intentional teaching practice. Give the students
the opportunity to question and investigation will also be a part of the learning development
program.
Aspects of the curriculum
This learning framework involves new paradigms where the children would accompany
with new and creative instruments. For an example, helping the children with constructing a
castle with building blocks can be the first step towards effective learning. This project rightly
symbolises different and unique type of playing game that can develop the calculative mind-set
of the child. In addition to this, the curriculum also identifies some implication in family relation
through rendering help and assistance to the children. As a result of that the children learn about
the importance of relationship with the family members as well as the sustainability quotient is
also highlighted the roles and responsibility of the children in the living environment.
Throughout the interactive session it becomes a tool to improve the language building capacity
that is also a significant measure to focus on.
EYLF principles and its relevance
As far as the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), it can be argued that the
framework is associated with the process to develop a learning mechanism where reciprocal
relationship is practised. From that point of view, this proposal is also looking forward to that
factors. Besides this, partnership with the families to develop skills and confidence also
considered to be a part of this learning framework. As a matter of fact, the proposed framework
resembles with the high expectations and equity that can deliver equal treatment for all the
children irrespective of their background. Moreover, the principle of the Early Year Learning
Frameworks has a purpose to deal with the development of the early education on the basis of

providing effective measures and strategies that is intricately associated with the learning
process. Regular interaction and playing method are useful to develop the mental maturity of the
children and the teachers and parents are responsible to nourish the process quite efficiently. As a
result of that all the children will get equal opportunity to learn effectively. On the other hand,
diversity is referred to an important aspect on which the children can develop their learning.
Finally, the reflective practice will succeed to evolve a better outcome as the student can get
accustomed with the co-learning activities.
Justification and analysis
From the above discussion it can be argued that the proposal rightly puts emphasis on the
early childhood learning framework. In this regard, it can be stated that the EYLF framework is
identified to be one of the best techniques to provide learning and training to early childhood. As
in this phase children have little idea about the world so that the EYLF mechanism tries to
develop the fundamental knowledge so that in a long run they will be ready to nourish their
intellect as per needs. In addition to this, the EYLF framework develops effective interaction
between the children and their mentors including the parents. There are certain role of the parents
or guardians on which the EYLF framework specifically put an impression. It connotes the
relationship between the parents and the children and the role of the parents in order to develop a
better learning framework for their children. Furthermore, the participation of the teachers are
also bestowed in the Early Years Learning Framework that identify the purpose and efficacy of
the teachers to build up a better process so that the children can learn and make progress in t6he
studying. In fact, patience plays a significant role in this regard. It can be argued that the more
the teacher will show his or her patience the more the children will be benefitted in learning and
understanding. In this context, it can be stated that this proposal is highly motivated by the

national quality enhancement program of the Australian government that is resembled with the
process of understanding the learning process for the children in their nascent phase. In fact, the
early childhood education and learning is a very influential factor that drove this proposal to a
great extent in order to analyse the insights of the children and the process of their learning.
Henceforth, the intentional teaching process plays a pivotal role and also develop a theoretical
framework that is highly and intricately manage to get better outcome in developing the learning
process for the early childhood. Therefore, the research uses the EYLF framework as a strategy
in order to increase the effectiveness of early childhood learning. The moral underpinnings are
also played pivotal role in this regard that directly inter-connected with the early childhood
psychology. In this regard, it is important to deal with the previous researches and key concepts
of early childhood learning that are essential to deliver a better understanding regarding the early
childhood learning procedure.
Conclusion
Henceforth, in a conclusion it can be stated that the proposal adequately covers up all the
aspects related to early childhood learning. From that understanding, the proposal points out
different characteristics of the children who are participated into this event. Moreover, the
proposal also underlines its justification related to the detailed skills and creativity of the
volunteers and teachers. A clear perception related to the purpose and motive of the proposal is
also discussed so that it will deliver a clear understanding of the research and all the aspects that
the proposal is going to discuss. Moreover, the research further extends its discussion by
highlighting the Early Year Learning Frameworks that is highly popular in the National
