INTRODUCTION
As discussed in the previous project, in order to start a career railways has great career
opportunity associated with it (Cowan, 2020). The appraisals in railway and skill development
help an individual to grow their career. In the previous report a job description of Train
Presentation Night Shift Cleaner has been given in which I am interested. It is a great
opportunity for me to start my career. It is best suited with my skills, knowledge and experience.
I have experienced so many things in my former job of home cleaner. Hence, I do not found any
such difficulty to complete that project. After pandemic I found a little bit work pressure has
been increased as government make it compulsory to clean the train twice a day and proper
sanitised the full train. It increase the work pressure of cleaners. This report contains personal
analysis on the basis of skills which are required to complete the duties. On the basis of personal
skills it is required to prepare a career action plan which will help in both personal development
as well as specific career related activities. A CV need to be prepared in order to apply for the
job according to the description and a LinkedIn profile which will be based on the current
situation.
MAIN BODY
Personal Analysis
After considering the Job advertisement I find it necessary to analyse my personal skills in order
to apply for the post of Train Presentation Night Shift Cleaner (Lee and Mori, 2020). In order to
qualify for this post I have an experience of cleaning before but the experience is of a house and
here they need cleaner for a train. To fulfil duties in the given job role it is mentioned that a
proper knowledge of tools and products which are used in cleaning activities is required. I have
experience of cleaning and have a proper knowledge of products and tools which are available in
the market for the purpose of surface cleaning. I also have good communication skills as it helps
me in my previous job to maintain good and healthy relations with my previous employer. I am
very polite to handle clients and can effectively communicate my point to other individual. It is
also required in this post which helps me qualify the requirements of employer. In order to
complete the cleaning task according to the government guidelines, the work needs to be
completed in a proper time framework. I am a person who value the time and complete my work
