Business process can be defined as a series of steps performed by a large group of
stakeholders for achievement of a common goal (Aguirre and Rodriguez, 2017). Development of
a business process low chart of process map directly helps in identification of main activities of
an organization and sequence in which it is carried out. Below business process flow chart of

First of all, book reservation in The kitchen either by visiting the restaurant or by calling. Then
when reservation is confirmed, guest take table. When waiter introduce menu to them, waiter
take order and pace customers order to be prepared and serviced. When food is prepared then it
is served to customers. When customers are done with their food they ask cashier to prepare bill
and bring it to table to them. When bill is paid by customers, cashier recheck the bill and thank
them for coming and then waiter clean the table for another customer.
