INTRODUCTION
Data or the information is useful for the organisation to understand the needs of
customers, to enhance and develop marketing campaign, improve their personal content and to
understand the functioning of the organisation (Singhs and El-Kassar, 2019). It order to analyse
the data to take adequate advantage from the data there is a process of data analytics which the
organisation in converting the potential of raw data into the powerful information to grow the
business. The present report is on Hertz Rental Car Company, a American company that
provides the consumers with rental and leased cars all across the world. The report outlines the
flow chart of rental process of the Hertz plc. Along with the input and output required in the
decisions being made during the process. Digital transformation and their benefits in the rental
process are highlighted in the report. Report covers the purpose and function of data
management systems in rental process of organisation and support of data bases for the
particular. Various big data analytics tools are discussed in context of rental process. Various

The business process selected for the Hertz Car Rental Company is the rental process.
Renting is the process of hiring or letting the other person to use the product or service for
temporary purpose with a agreement by paying some amount in exchange (Oliveira and et. Al,
2019). Hertz is the car rental company which requires a whole rental process to carry out its
business smoothly. The below flowchart represents the rental process of the Hertz Rental Car
Company.
